Performance:
1. Fixed beam gantry machining center series is fixed cross beam, worktable movement, gantry frame-type structure.
2. Machine overall strong rigidity, static precision and dynamic performance is stable and reliable.
3. It mainly is used for the processing of large and medium and small-scale parts, including all kinds of fundamental large parts, panels, disc parts, shell parts and molds.
4. Lathe bed, column, beam and other main parts adopt resin sand with high strength cast iron casting, strong ragidity, good stability.
5. The spindle system adopts constant temperature forced oil cooling.
6. X-axis adopts three heavy load linear rolling guideway when workbench width is 3000mm.
7. X-axis adopts gear-box with eliminate the backlash and rack transmission, when workbench length is greater than 6000mm.
8. When X-axis travel is during 4200-6200mm, uses the super length screw auxiliary support technology.
9. When X-axis travel is greater than 4200mm,u ses multi period of lathe bed joint technology.
