Features:

1. The machine body is constructed with work piece bed and cross saddle (wheel head) bed, both these two beds are casting iron pieces.

2. The work piece only do rotary motion on the bed and support by work head and tailstock, the cross saddle make longitudinal move motion (Z axis) along its bed and wheel head make cross feed motion (X axis) on the cross saddle.

3. The operating control panel is located on the cross saddle. The cabinet, oil tank, coolant tank, are layout at the side or bake of the machine, and connect to the function apparatus by towline.

4. The cross saddle and wheel head moving slide way is protected by steel telescope guard.

5. The work head, tailstock, cross saddle, wheel head and beds construct high rigidity frame, make sure high accuracy and efficiency.
